The Draft Master Plan 2021 i.e. Gurgaon Master plan 2021 proposes integrated development of Gurgaon and IMT i.e Industrial Model Township project with bigger green belts, wide lane spacious roads, heartthrob entertainment, residential, commercial, institutional, industrial and transport zones.

The new plans have been chalked out keeping in view the degenerating basic amenities in Gurgaon. The planners have primarily taken care not to compromise on basic amenities like roads, transport etc. In addition with plans for construction of additional roads connecting Gurgaon to Delhi, there is thought process on for widening up of the roads from 100m to 150 metres.

Definitely Gurgaon can become Singapore for which infrastructure is also getting better, areas around the corporate establishments, malls and townships look great.

Gurgaon Master Plan 2021 proposes wider roads with allocation of more areas for residential, commercial, SEZ and other important purposes with some other big projects on the agenda, 75-metre uninterrupted stretch will link Dwarka and Palam Vihar, Gurgaon inter-city will run parallel to NH-8 to name a few. Moreover, Sector roads have been increased from 60 to 75 metre, a half-a-km wide buffer will run from Dhanavaj village, adjacent to the railway line, towards Shikopur village near the NH. This stretch will be around 12-13 km long. Also on the agenda is a leisure valley.

According to the latest Gurgaon-Manesar plan, in first step 58 more sectors will be developed in addition to the existing 57, taking the sectors toll to 115.

Offering luxury homes in Gurgaon will surely be the icing on the cake for high-end investors who would want to spend their hard-earned money on quality investments.

If sources to be believed super premium housing in Gurgaon is on a high-growth trajectory as developer's interest in the segment is a good indication. Growing at 25-30 per cent, luxury housing has already grabbed a 10 per cent of the housing market in value terms. Analysts say that, although the country has seen an unmatched surge in demand, the market for this segment is growing at a rocket-pace speed.

If all Haryana government plans fall in place, the Millennium City will soon enter the skyscraper map of the world. By 2010, the state government hopes to complete a world class Golden Triangle City Centre (GTCC) in Sector 29 with as many as four tallest buildings in the world.

All the proposed skyscrapers will be of 140 floors, taller than Taipei 101 which currently is the highest manmade structure on the planet. City Centre will be developed as Gurgaon's prime commercial hub and will have gardens, hospitality complex, office space and IT parks. As a boon for commuters an integrated transport system will connect the Gurgaon to Capital and elsewhere.

Apart from all issues and concerns, no doubt real estate in Gurgaon is booming. Authorities are also taking an effort to improve the infrastructure so as to continue grabbing the attention of potential investors, thereby making Gurgaon a place worthwhile for investments.
