Notes:

Even comparitive analysis revealed that the other projects like the Emaar Palm Drive, which is just a stone's throw distance from Uptown was sold at Rs. 4850 per sq.ft., ofcourse this was sold when the markets were buyont. The fact also remains that having launched Uptown at 3,800 per sq.ft.
