It is a 10-storey development comprising only 3-BHK apartments. The project is due for completion by August 2012. Amenities such as clubhouse, gymnasium, swimming pool, multipurpose hall, interactive water body, centralised hi-tech security system, solar water heating system, piped gas, etc, are part of the project.
The capital values for residential developments at Wakad range between . 3,500 per sqft and . 4,300 per sqft, which is a significant increase of about 25% to 30% from last year.
