OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
  1. Prices indicated above are subject to revision at the discretion of the Company. Price ruling on the date of booking and accepted by the Company shall be applicable.
  2. All cheques/DD to be drawn in favour of ‘Splendor Landbase Limited’ payable at Delhi.
  3. Registry, Stamp duty/ Service Tax / VAT or any kind taxes (if any) etc. will be payable by the allottee/buyer/owner as
    per Govt. Norms as applicable from time to time till the ownership of the unit/area.
  4. The Owner/User shall enter into a maintenance agreement to be executed separately with the Maintenance Agency
    for the common maintenance and shall pay the charges/deposit directly to the maintenance agency.
  5. At present the EDC & IDC is approx. Rs. 400/- per sq. ft. Any escalation in the same shall be borne by the Allottee.
  6. Interest Free Maintenance Security would be Rs. 150/- per sq. ft.
  7. External Electrification Charges Approx. Rs. 50/- psft.
  8. Assets Replenishment Fund @ Rs. 50/- psft / annum.
